Download/open the 2022 Pastor’s Annual Report form.

 

Save the form as a NEW file name.

 

Begin completing the form; the tab key moves the cursor from field to field.

 

If the user clicks on RESET at the top of the form, everything will be erased.

 

There are sections of the form that automatically add values.

There is not a need to add a comma when typing monetary figures. The form will add the comma once all of the digits are complete.

​

Users are advised to create a sample form to reacquaint themselves with the yearly process. Then, follow the directions again to create the final form.

​

Save a “back-up” copy of the final form.

​

Users should remember that the form is two pages; complete the name of the church, etc. on the second page, and answer the remaining questions.

​

Pastors should review the information for clarity and accuracy before the form’s submission to the Presiding Elder.
